Destination wedding photography in Moon Palace Resort, Cancun, Mexico
Dear Armaan & Radhika,
You both are so thoughtful, kind and generous. And we are not just saying that out of politeness. All through the year between us meeting in Delhi and taking one of the longest flights of our lives (52-hours door to door), we have seen immense empathy and compassion in both of you.
Whether it was waking up at 3AM and travelling to another time zone for a photoshoot on the day of the Sangeet, or taking a ferry to one of the smallest islands in the Carribean in the middle of your honeymoon because one of us saw some good frames there, thank you for going along with our crazy ideas! We loved discussing everything from the stats of the Canadian cricket team to how much fun holi is!
All the big and small things you did for all your guests and for us all through the 5-day wedding extravaganza had our hearts ❤️
We couldn’t have asked for better company to explore 16th Century cathedrals, an underground cenote, blue flag beaches, and admired the graffiti on the streets of an island. Fave memory was most definitely the hours-long chat with the most stunning sunset we had ever seen on Playa Norte Beach in Isla Mujeres.
You both are so, so close to our hearts!
And let’s not forget 100% Punjabi feels in the middle of Cancun, Mexico! Whether it was sick dance moves on the dance floor, a jhaago on the terrace, an intense joota chupai negotiation or Radhika sprinkling in some Punjabi in her reception speech…
Armaan, you probably don’t know this, but you moved us to tears with your heartfelt thank you speech at the reception.
Rads, you had one of the most emotional chooda ceremonies we have witnessed (everyone was wiping off tears with one hand and holding a camera in the other).
Thank you for having us over. Can’t wait to visit you in Toronto!
Love,
A+P & Team GBP
It had to happen someday and it did all the way in Cancun, Mexico, bye bye camera! Haha Totally worth it though! We call it the fair price to pay to make photos of an absolutely smashing haldi-holi on the beach. To be fair, it was more holi, less haldi after a point of time: think water balloons, pichkaaris, holi ke rang, and literal buckets full of water!
Big shout-out to Carlos and Alex of iRockWeddings and Fernanda from Moon Palace Resorts for holding the fort all through the five days! You are total rockstars!
